Relatively new to New Zealand, the BA75 pump is already punching above it's weight...

The diesel driven BA75 is a compact 3" dewatering and construction pump for general use. Its low weight and minimal dimensions make it an ideal mobile pump for contractors, rental companies and municipal authorities responsible for water management.

Pump performance
A 3-inch pump with a 42 mm solids handling and a capacity of 100 m3/hour makes the pump suitable for a huge variety of applications.

Compact and lightweight
By using modern materials and technologies, the complete pump set weighs only 875 kgs. Further, during transport, the BA75 only takes up a loading area of just 1.5 m2.

Clean, economical and super silent
The BA75 is driven by an economical single-cylinder Hatz engine that complies with the strictest emission regulations. The low engine RPM in combination with the perfectly insulated canopy results in a super silent pump set.

Robust pump with a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty
The new 3-inch pump has been fitted with components that have been successfully used for years on other BBA models. For example, the well-known MP50 vacuum pump and the heavy cast iron open impeller with double wear plate. That’s why BBA Pumps offers a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard!

BA75 Project

The "little gems" doing very big jobs.

BBA’s BA75 pumps from Prime Pump are prompting a change in traditional de-watering thinking. At less than a ton, the highly efficient Netherlands designed and manufactured pumps are getting through a power of work on projects including Tauranga City’s vital Waiāri Water Supply Scheme. And they’re doing it using a whole lot less fuel.

The $115 million Waiāri scheme will supply much-needed additional fresh water capacity to Tauranga and the wider Western Bay of Plenty. The project, which began in March 2018 is scheduled for completion in 2022. When complete, 22 kilometres of underground pipelines will carry the fresh water to businesses and households at a rate of up to 30,000m3 per day.
