Overview

The Wangen MX progressive cavity pump perfectly fulfills the demanding requirements of the food, cosmetics and pharma industries.

The design features allow excellent cleaning and maintenance of the pump. Because of this, the pump is available with all common certification.

Thanks to its great pressure stability, the MX can also be used in many ways in the chemical, paint and paper industries, among others.

Modular design:
The modular design of the MX makes it suitable for numerous applications and extremely easy to maintain. The wide variety of components enables the pump to be modified in the optimum way to suit customers' specific applications.

EvenWall® Stators:
The uniform thickness design of the elastomer wall means less pulsation and precise flows.

Clamping closures:
Fast disassembly and assembly by means of clamps means less downtime for servicing and maintenance, also easy cleaning.

Cardan Joint:
The cardan joint is covered with a hygienic collar. It has a constant diameter to assist the constant flow of product.
It is easy to clean and CIP/SIP compatible.

Bearing housing:
Robust and splash-resistant bearing housing enables a fully assembled standby pump to be fitted even without the drive.

Conical screw conveyor ensures optimum emptying of the hopper
Position of the mechanical seal ensures excellent cleanability
Well designed separation point for easy disassembly
Trough shape prevents deposits from forming on the hopper walls
Additional extension hopper can be adapted
Reliable delivery of the medium to the pump assembly thanks to stable screw conveyor pushing product into the pump
